We welcome you who are studying at a college, university, or equivalent and have a planned internship during the spring semester of 2026.

Puls offers a learning opportunity for you who are studying HR and need to complete an internship as part of your education. With us, you will be part of the daily work and practice closely with our consulting managers.

About the role
With us, you will be involved in the entire recruitment process. Your tasks will be varied and may include:

• Selection and review of applications
• Phone interviews and personal interviews
• Reference checking
• Participation in ongoing HR and recruitment-related projects
• Other administrative tasks

You will gain a broad insight into both recruitment, HR issues, and how we work with both our consultants and our customers.

The internship takes place on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of adjustment for any studies or internship reports. You will be based at our office in Ljungby.
